Principal,  Director of Capital Markets

FC is a seasoned SBRE entrepreneur with experience in multifamily real estate value add, and opportunistic repositions in the CLASS C and B Asset class. He currently oversees capital raising activities at Razor Capital Group, raising equity from non-institutional investors for short and long term strategic plays. He is highly regarded for deal making in Single Asset Co-investment, JV and REG D Syndication partnerships following 506B and 506C Exemptions.  Currently he is the Director of Capital Markets.  The focus of the firm has been the acquisition and reposition of value add properties in primary markets in Chicago, Tampa and Los Angeles. Favian’s skills allow him to find value in distressed assets, build investor relations, and raise equity. He has been instrumental in sourcing deals and it has enabled him to acquire and reposition over 60+ properties in the Chicagoland area.

Co-founder, Asset Management

NT is the cofounder of Razor Capital Holding Company where she has been a Managing Partner and CEO of residential acquisitions.  She holds a Broker License in Illinois at Blue Horizon Real Estate Corp, a boutique Real Estate firm specializing in foreclosures and judicial court ordered auctions.  Her ability to leverage strong analytics, market trends, and sourcing deals has enabled her to acquire and reposition over 60+ properties in the Chicagoland area.
